Founded in May 2019, BILT, Inc. emerged from a realization of a significant gap in the quality of care for individuals with disabilities. Recognizing a lack of compassion and understanding in existing programs, our founder sought to redefine the approach. At BILT, Inc., we directly engage with individuals, meticulously mapping their progress, strengths, and weaknesses. Collaborating closely with families, we develop personalized plans that prioritize personal development and advocate for individual independence. Our mission is to provide services that empower individuals to achieve the highest level of independence possible, addressing the unique needs of each person we serve.
We are happy to announce that on the 4th year anniversary of the founding of our non-profit organization, we signed a lease for a 3,300 sq/ft space at four corners in Woburn, MA.
One of the main purposes of the center is to serve teens and adults who are looking for flexible group activities where the individual can choose what they would like to participate in. Our first brick and mortar space will allow us to host group activities for our individuals, adding to our home and community based services.
