Christina is the CEO and co-founder of Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. Christina has been working in the Human Service field for the past 12 years and has gained extensive experience with promoting independence in individuals’ lives, despite interfering behaviors.
While working for her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Massachusetts-Boston and Masters Certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis from University of Massachusetts-Lowell, Christina worked as a direct care staff and residential manager of a medical group home.
Most recently Christina has worked as residential area director for several group homes, providing not only guidance to her many staff but also directly advocated for individuals rights, advocation, and independence. Passionate about her work, Christina works as a behaviorist to individuals, which includes planing and protocols, in-home ABA therapist/tutor, family support advocate, as well as a recreational and vocational leader.
With an understanding of the individuals' and family’s goals, as well as extensive experience with navigating current services and systems, Christina is able to personalize services to deliver innovative and qualified services for every individual served.
Josh is the Treasurer and CTO of Bridging Independent Living Together, Inc. By trade, Josh is an Electro-Mechanical Product Design Engineer with over 15 years’ experience. With his superb balance of technical knowledge and unabridged support to BILT’s mission, Josh donates his time to promote the organization, direct the management of technology, facilitate brand development through graphic design and website development.
